Axyom is designed with a strict "privacy-first" architecture. As developers ourselves, we know your code is your most valuable asset.

• No Source Code Storage: We do not store your source code on our servers, databases, or logs.
• No AI Model Training: Your code is never used to train any artificial intelligence models, neither ours nor any third party's.
• Ephemeral Processing: When verifying code, Axyom processes only the context strictly necessary (such as the specific file and recent changes). This context is handled securely in memory and is immediately discarded after the analysis is returned to your IDE.

3. Data We Collect

To provide and improve our services, we collect minimal data:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect basic profile information primarily authenticated via third-party providers (e.g., GitHub), including your email address and username.
• Payment Information: For Pro plans, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Telemetry & Usage Metrics: We collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., how often the extension runs, feature usage, IDE version). This data contains no raw source code or uniquely identifiable project details.

4. Hosting and Infrastructure

Our website and related services are hosted on infrastructure provided by Netlify, Inc. (located at 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and Convex for backend services. Data may be transferred and processed in data centers located in North America.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate Axyom (such as Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting, and email delivery services). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

Depending on your location (e.g., PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in Europe), you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You may delete your account and associated data at any time via your user dashboard.
